The FC 26 Web App officially launches today at 6 PM UK, 1 PM EST, 10 AM PST ✅. This gives players early access to manage their Ultimate Team clubs before the full release of the game.
However, not everyone will be able to log in right away. To help you get started smoothly, we’ve created a full troubleshooting guide that covers the most common issues and how to fix them.
To be eligible for early access:
- You must have created your Ultimate Team club before August 1, 2025
- Your account must be active and in good standing
Even if you meet these conditions, you may still encounter issues. Below you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the FC 26 Web App.
How do I access the FC 26 Web App?
- Open your browser and visit:
- Make sure login verification is enabled
- Sign in with your EA/Origin credentials
- Accept the user agreement
Why can’t I get into the Web App?
- Only returning FC 25 Ultimate Team players with accounts in good standing are eligible
- Your club must have been created before August 1, 2025
- Players who switched platforms, were banned, or had account issues in FC 25 will be denied
- The rollout is gradual, so some users may need to wait a few hours
- New players must first log into FC 26 on console or PC before gaining Web App access
Why does it say “try again later”?
- Clear your browser cache and try a different browser
- Disable extensions and refresh
- If it still doesn’t work, servers may be overloaded, so you’ll need to wait
Why are login services not working?
This message means EA servers are experiencing issues. Try:
- Logging into FC 25 Ultimate Team on console or PC
- Logging out and retrying the Web App afterward
Why is the Transfer Market unavailable?
- Only accounts in good standing have access
- New players must unlock it by completing the “On Your Way” Foundation Objective Group (around 40 matches) on console or PC
- Market bans from FC 25 do not carry over, but access must still be re-earned
How long does it take to unlock the Transfer Market?
- Console: 24 hours after completing the objectives
- PC: 48 hours after completing the objectives
- During this time you can list items but not search, bid, or buy
Why does it say to log in from console or PC?
This appears if login services are unstable. Simply log into FC 25 Ultimate Team on your console or PC, then retry.
What does it mean if my account is blocked?
If you see a message about being blocked, it means EA restricted your access due to a rule violation.
- In some cases, you can still use the Transfer Market on console or PC
- Check your email for details

Why do I need to resize the window?
Zoom out (CTRL –) in your browser until the full screen is visible.
Why am I not receiving confirmation codes?
- Login Verification is required before using the Web App
- Codes may take longer to arrive on launch day
- Check spam folders
- Switch to mobile confirmation or an authenticator app for faster results
Why can’t I access the Web App on mobile?
The Web App is designed for browsers, not mobile devices. Instead, use the Companion App, which is optimized for phones.
Why can’t I access the Companion App?
The Companion App releases one day after the Web App. In the meantime, you can still open the Web App on mobile by requesting the desktop version in Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
Why do I no longer have access to the Web App?
If you don’t log into FC 26 on console or PC by December 31, 11:59 PM UK time, EA removes your Web App access. You must purchase the game and log in to continue using it.
Why was my club name rejected?
Certain words are blocked due to global language filters. If your club name is flagged, try another.
Why are my returning rewards different?
Rewards depend on account history, standing, and activity. They vary from player to player and may include Gold Packs, Small Mixed Player Packs, or 75-83 Rated Player Packs.
How do I log in with another user?
- By default, the Web App loads your most recently used persona
- To switch, go to Settings > Persona > Change (this option may be temporarily missing in FC 26)
- To use another EA Account, fully sign out and log back in
How do I change the Web App language?
Click Settings in the bottom-left corner and select one of 21 available languages.
