Short answer, no. EA delisted most FIFA titles from digital stores in September 2023. That includes FIFA 20. If you see a free download outside an official store, avoid it.
EA Play is not a workaround. FIFA 20 left the EA Play library on July 1, 2022, and it has not returned. Origin’s old On the House giveaways ended in 2018. Neither route will get you FIFA 20 for free today.
What you can still do, legally

Want the newest online experience
For live servers and updated squads, move to the EA Sports FC series. The FIFA back catalogue was delisted during the rebrand, which is why FIFA 20 no longer appears in stores.
