EA Sports has announced an update to the World Tour Silver Superstars League Event in EA Sports FC 26, following widespread reports that matches were not tracking correctly and preventing players from completing their objectives.

In a statement on X (formerly Twitter), the developer said:

“We are aware of reports that some matches are not tracking correctly in the World Tour Silver Superstars League Event, preventing users from completing Objectives. In light of this, we have increased the number of entries from 20 to 35 and updated the end date of the event to Oct 24, 17:00 UTC.”

The change gives players more opportunities to complete the event, which had previously been capped at 20 matches. Many users had struggled to finish key objectives, especially those requiring multiple wins, because of the tracking issues.

More Time, More Matches, Easier Rewards

The World Tour Silver Superstars League Event allows players to earn exclusive rewards simply by participating in matches featuring silver players and using at least one of the special Silver Icons available through objectives.

Previously, the top-tier reward, 87+ Premier League / BWSL Player Pack + 100K pack, required 15 wins, a target that was nearly impossible for many affected players to reach. With the extension and increased match limit, most rewards should now be within reach for a wider portion of the community.

Here’s the full breakdown of the rewards available in the event:

Play Objectives

  • Play 1 match: All English Rare Silver Players Pack
  • Play 5 matches: 1 of 3 81+ England Player Pick
  • Play 10 matches: 5x 81+ Rare Gold Players Pack
  • Play 15 matches: 1 of 3 84+ England Player Pick
  • Play 18 matches: England Cornerstones / Ratings Review / Base Hero Pack

Win Objectives

  • Win 5 matches: 3x 81+ Rare Gold Players Pack
  • Win 10 matches: 3x 83+ Rare Gold Players Pack
  • Win 15 matches: 87+ Premier League / BWSL Player Pack

Completion Reward

  • Complete all objectives: Jumbo Rare Players Pack (100K Pack)

Extra rewards Objectives

  • Score in 5 separate matches: 2x 80+ Rare Gold Players Pack
  • Score in 10 separate matches: 2x 81+ Rare Gold Players Pack
  • Score in 15 separate matches: 2x 83+ Rare Gold Players Pack
  • Win 12 matches: World Tour Silver Superstar Bobby Charlton

All rewards are untradeable, but the increased entry cap and extended deadline mean many players now have a fair chance to complete the event and earn its top prizes before October 24.

EA’s quick response has been met positively across the community, as the fix not only compensates for the earlier issue but also gives players more flexibility to enjoy the limited-time mode.
