He was about 117,000 coins last night. Every big SBC jumped by about a third on Friday morning ahead of Ultimate Scream. He has more than two weeks left, so there is no reason to buy fodder for him now.
Ferran’s card: the good and the bad

Finesse Shot+
The good: 89 Sprint Speed, 87 Finishing and Finesse Shot+ make him a decent finisher. 93 Jumping and 86 Heading Accuracy make him a real threat from crosses for a striker his size.
The bad: only three PlayStyles and no Quick Step or Rapid. 82 Dribbling and 80 Agility feel stiff next to the meta attackers, and Controlled AcceleRATE means he is slow to get going. For 156,000 coins, the card is very thin.
What the creators say
InceptionFC played him on a Hunter and says the dribbling is not good enough. He adds that Ferran needs a Finisher to feel sharp, which costs you pace in a high-line meta. His verdict: “the SBC is overpriced in my opinion”. He thinks the free Ones to Watch Ferran from the Season Pass was the better way to get him.
Futcard Review gives him 8.5 out of 10 and calls him a clear skip at about 165,000. The upgrade over the gold card is too small and the pace could be better.

Our verdict: skip
Skip Ferran Torres. He has fewer PlayStyles than any other POTM, no pace PlayStyle, and stiff dribbling. For less, Donyell Malen is a better striker with Quick Step and Technical. And if you took the Ones to Watch Ferran from the first Season Pass, you already have a card that does a similar job.
The SBC lasts until about 10 November. If Ferran upgrades or the price falls a lot, we will look at him again.
