The FC 27 Web App and Companion App are live and let you run your Ultimate Team club away from your console or PC: open packs, do SBCs, edit squads and trade on the Transfer Market. Here’s how to log in, how to unlock the Transfer Market if it’s still locked, the key date coming up on 7 November, and what to do when the Web App won’t let you in.

The Web App is at ea.com/ea-sports-fc/ultimate-team/web-app. The Companion App is in the App Store and Google Play: search for “EA SPORTS FC Companion”. Both show the same club, so what you do in one shows up in the other and in the game.
Important: log in to FC 27 before 7 November
From 7 November 2026 at 23:59:50 UTC, you need to have logged in to Ultimate Team in FC 27 on your PC or console at least once to keep using the Web and Companion Apps. If you’ve only used the apps so far, for example because you haven’t bought FC 27 yet, start the game and open Ultimate Team once before that date.
How to unlock the Transfer Market on the FC 27 Web App
Access to the Transfer Market in the apps is separate from the market in the game. You can trade in the game but still see a locked market in the Web App. There are two ways in:
1. Returning players get it straight away. You qualify if your EA Account is in good standing and you earned Transfer Market access in:
- FC 26 before 1 August 2026, or
- FC 25 before 1 August 2025, or
- FC 24 before 1 August 2024.
2. Everyone else earns it with “active days”. An active day is a calendar day (UTC) where you play three full Ultimate Team matches and log in to the Web or Companion App. According to EA:

Playing more than three matches a day doesn’t speed it up. And EA Help advisors can’t unlock it for you or tell you when it will happen. When you’ve earned access, you get a message in your Ultimate Team inbox in the game.
The trick most players miss is the login. Three matches alone don’t count as an active day: you also have to open the Web or Companion App on the same UTC day. Do both on the same day, every day, until the unlock message arrives.
Transfer Market blocked on the Web App?
If your account is blocked, the Web or Companion App shows a message that you’ve been blocked “due to breaking our rules”, and EA sends an email explaining why. Two things to know:
- A Transfer Market ban in FC 26 doesn’t carry over to FC 27, but you lose the automatic access and have to earn it again with active days.
- A franchise ban does carry over and also affects the Transfer Market in FC 27.
If you think you were blocked by mistake, you can appeal through EA Help. Never buy coins or give your login to a coin seller: it breaks EA’s rules and can get your Transfer Market blocked.
FC 27 Web App not working? Try this
- “Login unavailable” or the app keeps loading: log out of Ultimate Team in the game first. The Web App doesn’t run while your club is open on your console or PC.
- Wrong club or “no club found”: you’re logged in with a different EA Account than the one linked to your console. Check which account your PlayStation, Xbox or Steam profile uses.
- Stuck on the login page: clear the browser cache and cookies for ea.com, or try a private window.
- During maintenance the apps are offline too. Check our FC 27 server status page.
- Turn on two-factor authentication on your EA Account. It protects your coins and avoids extra login checks.
What can you do in the FC 27 Web App?
- Trade on the Transfer Market (once unlocked): buy, sell and bid while you’re away from your console.

The Web App is handy on Friday evenings: when a promo drops at 6pm UK, you can follow prices and list cards from your phone or laptop without sitting at your console.

When did the FC 27 Web App come out?
The FC 27 Web App went live on 16 September 2026 and the Companion App on 17 September 2026. The FC 26 Web App went offline on 11 September.
Why is the Transfer Market locked on my FC 27 Web App?
You haven’t earned access yet. Play three full Ultimate Team matches and log in to the Web or Companion App on the same UTC day. A clean account normally unlocks after two active days, or at least four if other Ultimate Team accounts are used on your device.
Can I use the FC 27 Web App without buying the game?
Only until 7 November 2026. After 23:59:50 UTC that day, you need to have logged in to Ultimate Team in FC 27 on PC or console at least once to keep using the Web and Companion Apps.
