Ultimate Scream Team 1: the headline cards
The ratings match the official stats that leaked on Thursday. The positions do too: Ronaldo is a left-winger, Raphinha a CAM and Szoboszlai a right-back.
| Player | Rating | Pos | Nation | Club | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Raphinha | 90 | CAM | Brazil | Barcelona | Live |
| Cristiano Ronaldo | 89 | LW | Portugal | Al Nassr | Live |
| Gianfranco Zola (Hero) | 89 | ST | Italy | Hero | Live |
| Salma Paralluelo | 88 | ST | Spain | OL Lyonnes | Live |
| Jaap Stam (Hero) | 88 | CDM | Netherlands | Hero | Live |
| Dominik Szoboszlai | 88 | RB | Hungary | Liverpool | Live |
| Cole Palmer | 87 | RW | England | Chelsea | Live |
| Mario Mandžukić (Hero) | 87 | LW | Croatia | Hero | Live |
| Juan Sebastián Verón (Hero) | 87 | CAM | Argentina | Hero | Live |
| Jill Scott (Hero) | 87 | CB | England | Hero | Live |
The rest of the promo runs from 87 down to 83: Fabinho, Hakan Çalhanoğlu, Geoffrey Kondogbia, Corentin Tolisso, Enzo Le Fée, Selina Vobian, Junior Alonso, Castello Lukeba, Tahith Chong, Taylor Flint, Said El Mala and Jeppe Tverskov. Our Ultimate Scream Team 1 leaks article has the full stat lines.
Raphinha is the pick of the pack: 93 pace and 90 passing on a CAM, with five positions on the card. Szoboszlai at right-back is the most interesting build, because 85 defending and 88 passing is rare at full-back.
Nick Woltemade SBC (85 CAM)
The Ultimate Scream player SBC is Nick Woltemade, now at Juventus, as an 85-rated CAM with ST as a second position.
- Cost: about 52,850 coins on fut.gg at 7:25pm CEST (it opened near 60,000, dipped to about 46,000 and is climbing again)
- Requirements: one squad
- Expires: in 7 days (Friday 30 October)
- Stats: 83 PAC, 84 SHO, 85 PAS, 86 DRI, 47 DEF, 84 PHY, 4-star skills, 4-star weak foot, 198 cm
Verdict: worth it if you play a target forward. 198 cm with 90 heading accuracy, 91 jumping and 89 strength makes him a real aerial threat, and 91 short passing means he can drop deep too. The catch is pace: 83 with a Lengthy AcceleRATE is slow to get going. Like every Ultimate Scream item, he also gets the 99 stat and full chemistry boost on 24 November. Fodder bounced back after the first dip, so don’t expect him to get much cheaper tonight.
81+ TOTW 1-6 Upgrade and Spooky Nights
- 81+ TOTW 1-6 Upgrade: one pack with a TOTW player rated 81 or higher from the first six Teams of the Week. About 23,420 coins, expires in 7 days. Most of the pool is low-rated TOTW, so it’s a gamble. Only do it with fodder you already own.
- Spooky Nights: a puzzle SBC (7 players, at least 3 from the same nation, max 4 from one league, at least 3 golds, chemistry 14) for a Small Gold Players Pack. Expires in 3 days. About 2,750 coins on fut.gg, so it’s a cheap one to build from your club.
New evolutions: Wicked Winger and The Haunted Wall
| Evolution | Requirements | Upgrade | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wicked Winger | RM/RW, max 82 OVR, max 1 PS+, PAC max 90, STR max 80, DEF max 70 | +15 OVR to 85, +1 skill move, your choice of PlayStyle+ | 1 month |
| The Haunted Wall | Max 81 OVR, max 7 PS, PAC max 85 | +8 OVR to 84, +1 weak foot, Intercept, Bruiser or Anticipate | 1 month |
Wicked Winger is the one to do first. This is the RM/RW evo that leaked on Thursday, and the jump from 70s to 85 is huge. Pick a cheap right-winger with good base pace, because the evo adds up to +15 pace and acceleration but caps at 87. The Haunted Wall works for centre-backs, defensive midfielders and full-backs alike.
fut.gg also lists smaller new evos: Center Spectre (CM/CDM max 80 to 81), Batigol Precision (ST max 81 to 83) and PlayStyle add-ons for Pinged Pass, Anticipate and Shadow Striker++. Our FC 27 evolutions hub gets the full list later tonight.
New Ultimate Scream objectives
- Phantom Playgrounds (7 objectives, 14 days): 100 Ultimate Scream Tokens and 50 SP.
- Ultimate Scream Puzzle Completionist (6 objectives, 14 days): 100 Tokens and 100 SP.
- Ultimate Scream Gallery (5 objectives, 28 days): an untradeable adidas ball.
That is 200 Scream Tokens from objectives alone.
Ultimate Scream token store is live
Update, 7:25pm CEST: the Ultimate Scream token store is now open. It runs for 21 days, and there is no weekly limit, so you can save tokens across weeks for the bigger rewards.
| Item | Tokens |
|---|---|
| Ultimate Scream Team 1 Guarantee Pack (1 Team 1 player, untradeable) | 800 |
| Wicked Winger evolution | 900 |
| The Haunted Wall evolution | 500 |
| 3x 85+ Gold Players Pack (limit 3) | 400 |
| 4x 84+ Gold Players Pack (limit 3) | 400 |
| 6x 82+ Gold Players Pack (limit 5) | 200 |
| 10x 80+ Gold Players Pack (limit 10) | 150 |
| 10x 75+ Gold Players Pack (limit 10) | 100 |
| Ultimate Scream rarity items | 100 each |
The store also has player items at 1,500, 900 and 550 tokens. Our pick: save for the Team 1 Guarantee Pack. With 200 tokens from tonight’s objectives you’re a quarter of the way there, and a guaranteed promo card beats the gold packs. Wicked Winger at 900 tokens is only worth it if you have the perfect right-winger for it.

The cheap window was short, so don’t wait for another dip tonight. Read our verdicts in the FC 27 SBC hub.
