Season 3 of FC 26 starts tomorrow and one of the first major leaks is already out. According to reliable Twitter sources, five new Silver Icons will headline the Season 3 objective rewards, and for the first time this year we will also see Silver Heroes according to leaks.
These cards are expected to be unlocked through in-game objectives. The exact requirements are not known yet, but previous Silver Icons have been available through Squad Battles, so players should prepare for another long grind.

There are still no leaks about which Heroes are supposed to be part of Season 3. 🇵🇹 Paulo Futre is the only player with a connection to the 1982 World Cup, where he was a rising star for Portugal who failed to qualify at the end for the World Cup. The rest of the Heroes are not old enough to have been part of any senior national team in 1982.
