Saturday’s 6pm UK / 7pm CEST drop in FC 27 Ultimate Team brings Star Performers Batch 1, led by Lamine Yamal 91. Alongside the six new cards you get the PlayStyle+ Evo Lab, a Liga Portugal Future Stars Player Pick SBC and new Future Stars objectives for Milton Delgado.
| Drop | What it is | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Star Performers Batch 1 | 6 new cards in packs, Yamal 91 | Live |
| PlayStyle+ Evo Lab | Add one PS+ to a Star Performer | Live |
| Liga Portugal FS Player Pick | 1 of 4 84-rated Future Stars, ~18k | Live |
| Milton Delgado objectives | Future Stars card for playing | Live |
| No Room for Racism | Objective, kit reward | Live |
Star Performers: all six cards
The ratings are exactly what AsyFutTrader and FutPoliceLeaks leaked this morning. FUT Sheriff’s version (Yamal 92, Vandevoordt 81) was wrong, and Barcola is 86, not 87.
| Player | Rating | Pos | Nation | Club | PAC | SHO | PAS | DRI | DEF | PHY | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lamine Yamal | 91 | RW | Spain | Barcelona | 87 | 85 | 89 | 94 | 40 | 64 | Released |
| Désiré Doué | 87 | RW | France | PSG | 85 | 83 | 80 | 91 | 56 | 81 | Released |
| Bradley Barcola | 86 | LW | France | Liverpool | 93 | 80 | 79 | 85 | 41 | 68 | Released |
| Enzo Sadiki | 85 | CDM | DR Congo | Sunderland | 84 | 76 | 80 | 85 | 80 | 80 | Released |
| Cissè | 85 | CAM | Italy | AC Milan | 87 | 84 | 82 | 89 | 62 | 68 | Released |
| Arthur Vandevoordt | 85 | GK | Belgium | RB Leipzig | 87 | 84 | 89 | 85 | 62 | 83 | Released |
Community posts say the batch stays in packs for three days. EA has not confirmed that yet. Yamal’s 94 dribbling is the headline, but Barcola’s 93 pace is the card most players will feel in-game.
How the PlayStyle+ Evo Lab works
This is the new part. Star Performers come without a PlayStyle+, and the Evo Lab lets you choose one yourself.
- Who: only Star Performers cards that have no PlayStyle+ yet (Max PS+ = 0).
- What: each evo adds exactly one PlayStyle+. It does not change the OVR.
- How: no challenges. You pay and the upgrade is applied straight away.
- Choice: 36 PlayStyle+ options in three price tiers.
| Tier | Coin cost | PlayStyle+ options |
|---|---|---|
| Top | 25,000 | Finesse Shot+, Pinged Pass+, Rapid+, Quick Step+, Incisive Pass+, Technical+, Intercept+, Anticipate+, Low Driven Shot+ |
| Mid | 10,000 | Bruiser+, Footwork+, Inventive+, Trickster+, Jockey+, 1v1 Close Down+, Gamechanger+, Power Shot+, Tiki Taka+, Aerial Fortress+, Deflector+, Enforcer+, Far Reach+ |
| Budget | 5,000 | Slide Tackle+, Relentless+, Cross Claimer+, Far Throw+, Precision Header+, First Touch+, Press Proven+, Block+, Long Throw+, Acrobatic+, Dead Ball+, Whipped Pass+, Chip Shot+, Long Ball Pass+ |
fut.gg also lists a second, smaller number next to each price (250 / 100 / 50). It is not clear yet whether that is an alternative points cost, so check in-game before you pay.
The obvious picks: Finesse Shot+ or Rapid+ on Yamal and Doué, Quick Step+ on Barcola, Intercept+ or Anticipate+ on Sadiki. 25k on top of a pack-pulled card is cheap for a meta PS+.
Liga Portugal Future Stars Player Pick SBC
The Liga Portugal Pick that FUT Sheriff mentioned this morning is real. One challenge gives you a pick of one of four 84-rated Future Stars:
- William Gomes 84 RW, Porto (90 PAC, 86 DRI)
- Mathias de Amorim 84 CM, Famalicão
- Gilberto 84 CB, Moreirense
- Flávio Gonçalves 84 CAM, Sporting
fut.gg prices the cheapest route at about 17,600–18,300 coins. It expires in 7 days and is not repeatable. Verdict: worth it if you play a Liga Portugal hybrid; William Gomes is the one most people will hope for. Otherwise skip it.
New objectives
- Future Stars: Milton Delgado (6 days): four objectives for an untradeable Future Stars Delgado, including a 1 of 3 82+ Gold Player Pick, 2,500 coins and a 2x 78+ pack. Play them in Squad Battles on Semi-Pro or higher.
- No Room for Racism (7 days): one objective for the kit.
Delgado is the free card of the weekend. Squad Battles on Semi-Pro makes it quick.
SBC prices tonight
| SBC | Price (fut.gg) | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| Liga Portugal FS Player Pick | ~17,600 | 7 days |
| Johan Manzambi (Future Stars) | ~50,320 | 6 days |
| TOTW Upgrade | ~12,140 | 6 days |
| Cora Zicai (Future Stars) | ~31,155 | 5 days |
| Marquee Matchups | ~32,100 | 5 days |
| Xavi Espart | ~35,055 | 3 days |
| Süper Lig FS Pick | ~11,605 | 2 days |
| Base Hero Matchday Player Pick | ~118,605 | 24 hours |
| Ferran Torres POTM | ~127,030 | 24 days |
Fodder prices were down 3–8% going into the promo. With Star Performers packs opening all weekend, Sunday may be a better time for the expensive SBCs. The Base Hero Matchday Pick is the exception: it ends tomorrow.
What’s coming next
- Season 2: starts Thursday 22 October. Several leakers say the new Season Pass is full of Heritage players (Fekir, Rolfo, Werner, Rashford, Allan, Saint-Maximin and more).
- Ultimate Scream: rumoured for Friday 23 October. See our Ultimate Scream hub.
Tonight in FC 27: FAQ
Are Star Performers out in FC 27?
Yes. Star Performers Batch 1 went live in packs on Saturday 17 October at 6pm UK / 7pm CEST, led by Lamine Yamal 91.
How do you add a PlayStyle+ to a Star Performer?
Go to Evolutions and open the PlayStyles Lab. Pick a PlayStyle+ and pay 5,000, 10,000 or 25,000 coins depending on the tier. It only works on Star Performers without a PlayStyle+.
Is the Liga Portugal Future Stars Pick worth it?
At around 18,000 coins for an 84-rated Future Stars card, it is fair value if you use Liga Portugal players. William Gomes is the best outcome.
